We are a global equity investment company, always looking to buy or invest into companies that meet our criteria. Our directors have been in this business since the early 1990s; consequently their experience and contact network enables our equity deals to proceed as a mutually profitable exercise for all parties concernedtest.

Typically, we act as lead investors in a syndicate of both strategic and financial investors. In geographic terms, we are a global player, but we focus on certain countries and economic regions.

In terms of sectors, we are broadly agnostic and open to any new and exciting opportunities, but we tend to focus on certain specialisms, shown on our criteria page.

Our Partnerships

We create wealth for everyone involved in the deals we source and forge. As the lead investor in a syndicate, we are highly incentivized to succeed, because our economics are tied to the success of the company and our partners.

Thus, our policy of working with expert, often strategically focused, co-investors as overseers and managers, means that syndicate members may typically make their exit within five to ten years earning a healthy return on their investment.
